Hi, I’m Natalie! I’m a certified yoga instructor, scientific researcher, and former D1 athlete. I’m passionate about recovery and the mind-body connection and how these can be used to improve athletic performance. I understand how training at a high level can put a tremendous amount of stress on both the body and mind, and while my classes are specifically designed to help athletes recover from the impact of training, anyone can use the videos on my channel to assist in recovery, prevent injuries, and improve performance.
