Wellness in a Chaotic World

Welcome to Wellness in a Chaotic World, where we explore what it actually looks like to take care of your health in real life.

I’m Sheryl Davis, a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach and behavior change specialist. Here, I talk about habits, self-trust, agency, metabolic health, and how to bridge the gap between knowing what supports your health and actually putting it into practice.

No perfection. No rigid plans. Just realistic ways to understand where you have influence and create change that works in the middle of a busy, complicated life.
