Wellness Butter

A media platform and podcast for the wellness-curious and gastronomy-obsessed. Created from Amsterdam, featuring voices from here, Dubai (UAE), and beyond.

Wellness Butter exists where food and wellness meet. What you consume, how you feel, and everything in between that makes your day a little better. It started with a concept and question: What’s your wellness butter recipe?

I’ve spent years writing about food and lifestyle, but somewhere between the bylines and the restaurant reservations, something shifted. I started paying attention differently — to where my life was heading and what made me feel my best. The personal rituals, habits, and small daily choices that make life feel genuinely richer. I kept finding the answer at the same intersection: food and wellbeing.
