Located 20km from downtown Lomé on the National Road N°1, the site records to date:
- 322 low and duplex villas with 1 to 4 bedrooms
-about fifty villas delivered,
-a dozen inhabited villas
-a water tower built to serve households
- an installed electrical network and connection of the villas
