About the method:
Positive psychotherapy
(Positive Psychotherapy, PPT) is a psychotherapeutic method developed by Nossrat Peseschkian and his colleagues in Germany since 1968.
PPT is a psychodynamic method with a humanistic attitude to human nature and a transcultural approach.
