In life transitions, most people start with the house. That's wrong.

I'm Weldon Hobbs, a life transition strategist (Project Manager, Certified Financial Coach, Licensed Real Estate Professional), and real estate isn't where our conversation starts. It's where it ends, if needed. Our process helps save clients $31K+ (on avg) and make life and real estate decisions without regret.

We plan the life goal first, What does better look like?

Then optimize for wealth. Is monthly cashflow a concern? Estate Plans in order? Taxes? Medicare (IRMAA)? The aim is to save and plan well.

Then the house. Stay, sell, age in place? Real estate strategy that compliments your life and wealth goals.

Connections to the values aligned Agents, Loan Officers and Financial Professionals to serve you.

We help you plan the transition, who to talk to, and exactly what to ask them.

Good decisions start with good information so you can plan with purpose.
