I share real success stories from normal, every day people to remind you what is possible and to offer an extra level of support in between weigh ins or when the cookie jar starts calling late at night.

In addition to the WLW Podcast, in 2023 we are expanding on the resources available to help as part of a weight loss journey. 

My commitment is to provide factual, non judgemental support and education to as many people as possible in an environment that encourages people to thrive and keep pushing towards their next objective, no matter how far away the finish line might be.
