Wedding Day Handover

Wedding Day Handover takes the coordination off your plate on the day itself, so you can actually enjoy your own wedding.

Run by Shanae, an on the day wedding coordinator based in Melbourne and covering regional Victoria, Wedding Day Handover fills the gap most couples don't know exists. Whether you've hired a hall, gone fully DIY, or booked a professional venue where the coordinator only covers food and beverage, Shanae handles the rest: vendors, timeline, family, and every small thing that could go wrong before it does.

On this channel: behind-the-scenes looks at real setups, tips for planning a smoother wedding day, and a look at what actually happens when someone else is running the show.

She coordinates. You celebrate.
