My name is Pól Muray & I have been involved in MMA & the fitness industry for 23 years
In that time I have coached hundreds of men in MMA from grassroots levels right up to the UFC.

Over the last 17 years, I've been coaching men in the use of kettlebells, macebells, barbells, & bodyweight & I've now combined all my knowledge in both MMA & the gym & created a complete training system for men 40+

I've removed the aspects of MMA that no longer suit aging bodies while keeping the aspects that work for men like me
