Washington Ornithological Society

The Washington Ornithological Society was chartered in 1988 to increase knowledge of the birds of Washington and to enhance communication among all persons interested in those birds.  WOS is a non-profit organization which provides a forum where birders from Washington State and beyond may meet and share information on bird identification, biology and  population status as well as birding sites.
