War of the Rebellion

This channel will tell stories of the War of the Rebellion (1861-1865) era. The focus of the videos will range widely from military topics to political and social developments as well as the occasional international contextualization.

All information used in the videos is drawn from recent works in War of the Rebellion scholarship and if you are interested in reading more, there will be a list of works used at the end of each video as well as links in the video description.

I am an accomplished War of the Rebellion era historian with three books, a number of articles, and blog posts.
