WanderingThru Safaris & Expeditions

We are Ale, Tristan and Ryan — privately guided safari specialists with 50+ years combined experience across East, Central and Southern Africa.

Ale holds an MSc in Conservation Science from Imperial College London. Tristan has guided in Kruger, Botswana, Tanzania, Kenya and the Congo. Ryan is a Sabi Sand specialist with 15+ years guiding experience, a qualified tracker, and one of the region's most knowledgeable birding guides.

On this channel: big cat behaviour, the Great Migration, wildlife photography tips, safari planning advice, and expert insight you only get from guides who have spent decades in the bush.
