Living in Sosúa & Cabarete, Dominican Republic — I document the real DR, not the tourist version: local news, price changes, neighborhood shifts, scams to avoid, and honest reviews of restaurants, hotels, apartments and services worth your time.

Some videos use an AI-assisted voice, plus lifestyle videos showing what living here really looks like.

Beyond the DR, I compare notes with friends in other expat and passport-bro hotspots — Medellín (Colombia), Bangkok and Pattaya (Thailand), and Manila (Philippines) — on dating, nightlife, cost of living, and the scams to watch for.

No hype, no agenda. Just a guy who lives here and tells you what he sees. Subscribe for the ground-level view of expat life in the Dominican Republic.
