VONAVOX

Genre: Dark Island Music. Midnight truth.
VONAVOX is the voice of Vonavona Lagoon in the Solomon Islands — dark island music shaped by Pacific storytelling, deep bass, steel guitar, string-band textures, ukulele, island percussion, and church-rooted harmonies.
These are the stories island songs often leave out.
The canoe that never came back.
The son who left for the city.
The love the whole village already knew about.
The prayer said one night too late.
The sea that feeds us — and sometimes takes from us.
Not paradise as a postcard. Home, with all its light and all its dark.
Somewhere between the reef and midnight.
