VOCAL: Voices of Change Animal League

Voices of Change Animal League, Inc. is a nonprofit, 
501(c)(3) organization dedicated to ending the homeless pet problem in Marion County, FL.  We believe the first step in ending this problem is to limit the amount of unwanted animals born into the population.  The initial goal of our organization is to  educate the local public on reasons to spay and neuter their pets, as well as offer the services at a financially feasible price.
