VMI Center for Leadership and Ethics

We are a co-curricular department of Virginia Military Institute whose mission is to integrate leadership and ethical development programs into cadet experiences as well as provide professional development opportunities to our faculty, staff and administration.  VMI established this Center to tackle complex issues of national urgency.  The Center does this through conferences and symposia, cadet experience programming, inviting distinguished speakers to interact with the VMI community, conduct and support ethics competitions, leadership opportunities and staff rides.  This channel houses videos featuring our guest speakers, leaders in residence, conferences and other VMI-related activities which we sponsor or organize.
