vmeshay

I share my perspective as I learn, unlearn, and explore life more honestly.
I’m a 5/1 Self-Projected Projector, therapist, and Reiki practitioner exploring healing from both lived and intuitive experience.
This space isn’t curated…it’s real, it’s me, and it’s about finding my voice.
I talk about Human Design, astrology, consciousness, autism, music, nature, and the human experience.
If something here resonates, I hope it reminds you to love yourself fully too.
