VitalSpark by Ferdie

VitalSpark is a fitness and wellness app built for real life — for anyone starting over, starting late, or starting for the first time.

I'm Ferdie. I was a competitive bodybuilder before severe COVID took it all and I had to rebuild from zero. VitalSpark is the system I used to come back: adaptive workouts, smart nutrition, and progress tracking that rewards showing up — not obsession, not extremes, not burnout.

On this channel I share what I've learned about training, nutrition, and building consistency when life knocks you down — plus a behind-the-scenes look at building VitalSpark as a solo founder.

If you're rebuilding, restarting, or just want a system that meets you where you are — you're in the right place.
