I'm Rowan, a Specialist Physiotherapist with a passion for Pilates. 

Here you'll find safe, effective Physio–led Pilates workouts, suitable for any age or level of fitness, designed to build strength and control, improve posture, increase flexibility and change the way you move. 

For those of you trying to rehabilitate following injury or surgery, we have specific Physiotherapy programmes to help relieve pain, restore movement and promote healing. 

My teaching style is very precise and structured, to help you confidently master great technique and enjoy the physical freedom you’ll experience by moving well.
