I'm John, and I like to ride bikes quite a lot, mostly on Zwift. I love big days in the saddle, and have achieved 600km in a single day and 3,334km in a single week on Zwift. I like to play more than follow structure, so you won't find me following training plans or hitting traditional interval sessions. Instead, I build endurance and power through fun! I'm focusing on four key areas:

1) Ultra Endurance: Big days of up 200-500km to build Z2 endurance.

2) Hunt Ghosts: A great way to build Z3, chasing my 90day PR on selected Zwift routes.

3) Chase Power Curve: I'll be aiming to hit power pb for all durations from 1 min to 12 hours in 2024.

4) Race: Great for sprinting and VO2 max efforts. Forget intervals, let's race and have some fun!
