Vacation To Owner

We built a luxury villa in the Mexican jungle — and this channel shows you everything: what the land really cost, what the build really cost, the mistakes, the numbers, and the life that comes with it.

I'm Trevor Schaafsma. I'm not a realtor and I don't sell courses. I'm the guy who actually built it — Casa Arroyo Blanco in Akumal, on the Riviera Maya — and now it's for sale, which makes this season one big open book: land costs, build budgets line by line, rental economics, and what paradise actually costs.

If you're thinking about building or buying in Mexico — or just want to watch someone do it without the hype — you're in the right place. New episodes weekly.
