Utah Alex

I have been a journalist in Utah for more than 20 years. My job has brought all me throughout the state and I love exploring it on my days off. So, since my friends and co-workers always ask me for advice on fun places to go in Utah, I decided to start Utah Alex (utahalex.com) to showcase some spots to check out, have a little fun, and get some good grub. 

This is not meant to be a travel blog or an extreme adventure page. There are plenty of sites for that. This is meant to be an easy outdoor adventure site where you can get out there and enjoy some of the amazing places in Utah without risking your life, doing a strenuous multi-day hiking trip, or bagging peaks for mountain summits. This site is meant for the weekend warriors who just want to feel adventurous. If I can do these things, anyone can. 

This YouTube channel is to host videos on the website as well as give you a little sense of the fun Utah has. You can do it! Enjoy!
