Djermain Usmany

I help coaches and consultants build and manage reliable DM setting teams.

This channel covers the practical systems behind DM setting: hiring, setter training, speed-to-lead, conversation quality, follow-up, KPIs, quality control, and account management.

I also break down what makes an account suitable for DM setting, where setter teams fail, and when hiring setters is the wrong move.

Setterscaling works best with established businesses that already have an offer, customer acquisition channel, audience, and sales process. The goal is not to sell you another script. It is to help you build a team and operating system that can perform consistently.
