I am as usual as you are living.. there is no psychological issue neither social media nor internet addiction.. just living within a dream and hope it will be fulfilled one day.and the dreams are just u people think about the process of thoughts u can easily change it if u want to change it. it is very simple to change the process of living . societies bad habits ,and escape out anxiety or deep depression ,there is no happiness at all looked the entire world ,u can actually feel it. no bady or any body in the entire world ,everyone is under pressure it's vadiley differentiated by individuals..but the truth is truth no one is happy , if I asked some one why u are so sad or feeling depressed actually they don't even know by self.. so why? is still why
thanks and regards the same.
