KaizenMentality

“Truth is not what you want it to be; it is what it is, and you must bend to its power or live a lie”
-Miyamoto Musashi

Philippians 4:13 “I can do all this through him who gives me strength.”

Kaizen-
Kai: Change. Zen: Good
Kaizen: Make small improvements everyday.
Aim for 3 wins every day:
Physical win, Mental win, and Spiritual win
and goals will come easy.
Follow God🙏😌

This is a project to document what I learn in the philosophy in Kaizen and my journey with god, also to help others achieve their goals with me.
