Welcome one and all. I'm a 58 year old fitness trainer, author, drummer and narrator. With any luck I'll figure out how to break all these videos into categories. For now it's all about fitness and wellness. In 2022, I kicked the crap out of cancer. Specifically, Multiple Myeloma, which is a form of leukemia. Through love, support , science and a positive attitude we kicked that bastard out of my body. I train clients either in person at my home gym, live at their home or virtually. I'm ecstatic to say I'm expanding my business. One of the many things I missed while being laid up during chemo was training/teaching/coaching. We've got to eat right and exercise. Stay fit, your life depends on it!
