Uganda Rural Development and Training Program-URDT

The Uganda Rural Development and Training Programme (URDT), founded in 1987 and based in Kagadi District, is a Ugandan non-governmental organization that transforms rural communities by empowering women and youth through education (such as the URDT Girls School), vocational skills training (through URDT Institute), community development initiatives, and mindset change to promote self-reliance and sustainable livelihoods.
