Urban Indian Center of Salt Lake

The Urban Indian Center of Salt Lake (UICSL) is a nonprofit serving Native American and Alaska Native communities along Utah’s Wasatch Front. We provide culturally responsive programs, services, and community spaces that support health, wellness, and quality of life. UICSL serves individuals and families from many tribal nations, including tribes Indigenous to Utah and Native people who have relocated for education, work, or new opportunities. Our work is rooted in culture, respect, and community connection.

UICSL operates three locations: a Main Location and Cultural Center for programs and gatherings, the Murray Clinic for physical and mental health care, and a West Valley office supporting outreach and coordination. Through our programs, we foster healing, belonging, resilience, and pride while honoring culture and strengthening Native communities for present and future generations.
