Updatly

Updatly turns the WhatsApp your crew already use into structured daily site reports and a permanent, searchable record — no new app, no logins, nothing for the lads to learn.

This channel is the demo library. Every short video shows one real flow. Text a keyword — START, EXTRA, DONE, DELIVERY, ISSUE, SNAG and more — and watch it captured on the record: photos, voice notes, quantities, sign-offs, structured automatically. Or see the prompts Updatly sends on their own, from the 07:45 on-site check-in to the end-of-day report.

Built for construction and trades — roofers, electricians, groundworkers, plumbing & heating, builders and facilities teams — who are done chasing updates and losing evidence.

Content in. Structured format out. Simple for the field. Powerful for the office.
