Welcome to The Upcycling Trauma Therapist – where we don’t start from scratch. We work with what’s already within you.

I’m a Certified EMDRIA Certified Consultant & Therapist who helps humans and fellow therapists see old patterns in a new light. Through EMDR, I support people to reframe and make sense of the parts of themselves they’ve outgrown, hidden, or tried to toss aside — not by “fixing” them, but by upcycling them into something that finally fits.

In my spare time, I’m also upcycling an 1887 farmhouse in Vermont — not gutting it, but honoring its bones, keeping what’s useful, and letting its character shine through. The work is the same in therapy: no need to rebuild. You already have what you need.
