Hey y'all and willkommen! I'm Liz, a US American (Florida girl) who moved to Germany over 7 years ago and never left.

On my channel, I make video essays about Germany vs. U.S. culture, cultural contrasts, everyday habits, identity shifts, and the ways history still shapes how people think and live today. I’m especially interested in the personalities of different cities and regions, culture shock, and the realization that what feels “normal” is often just a product of where you grew up.
