Unseen Church

For pastors who want to see the season each person in their church is in.

Unseen Church helps churches take a gentle inventory of everyone in the room: the gifts people carry, who is ready to serve or lead, and the season of life each person is in. It happens by text, in the middle of real life, so a pastor can finally see who is in the room and every person gets a next step that fits.

Here you'll find short reflections on church leadership, volunteers, and discipleship, and on the people in every church who have been willing the whole time and were never asked.
