Calisthenics for Beginners | Body&Mind

Calisthenics for beginners, at any age. Strong body, calm mind. 🦁

Can't do a single pull-up yet? You're in the right place. I'm Jan, and I help adult beginners build the strength for their first pull-up with bodyweight training at home or in the park.

On this channel:
• How to do your first pull-up, step by step
• Pull-up progressions: dead hang, scapular pulls, ring rows, top holds and negatives
• Gymnastic rings workouts for beginners
• Simple calisthenics at home, no gym needed

The Pull-Up Path is my guided training app. It tests you first, then tells you exactly what to do in each session.
I also laser-engrave custom gymnastic rings, made to be yours.
