unfurl journeys with sound

Deeply restful, nourishing, and restorative sound healing journeys that 'unfurl'. Helen's sound sessions; working with a combination of instruments, singing bowls, chimes, voice and drum; warmly invite you to unwind, open and release.
Sound reaches deep, allowing us to relax enough to create a little space for a softening, an opening and some healing to come.
There are a range of benefits these sessions can bring on an emotional, physical and mental level to soothe your mind and body.
They can lower the brainwave states, which gives a feeling of deep rest, and can aid in better sleep.
They can give relief to stress, emotional imbalance and low mood.
They can help relieve pain and tension in the body.
They can support a shift in stuck energies that can deplete us, helping to restore balance.
They can calm the body's natural response system and hyper arousal, giving an overworked nervous system a break.
Sound healing helps me on so many levels, and I hope it can do the same for you.
