Underconstruction Hot Dogs

Under Construction Hot Dogs is a hot dog stand out front at Lowe's on Highway 50 in Pueblo, Colorado. We build every dog to order — real Vienna all-beef franks, steamed poppy-seed buns, stacked the way you want it.
Watch the build: the Jumbo Dog at a quarter pound, the Ditka Dog made to Coach Mike Ditka's own spec, and the full Chicago dog — yellow mustard, neon relish, onion, tomato wedges, pickle spear, sport peppers and celery salt.
Open daily 10:00am–3:00pm. Closed Thursdays.
