Hi, My name is Josef Kariuki. Welcome to Uncle Joe’s Kitchen!

On this charity-based cooking channel, we will be posting videos of easy-to-make, homemade recipes. These meals will be prepared outdoors, in nature, and fed to orphans and the needy. 

While we will be feeding dozens of orphans in each episode, ingredients for viewers who wish to simulate a meal for smaller groups of people will be scaled down to correspond to serving sizes of 3 to 5.

In addition to providing quality meals for underprivileged children, we will be collecting donations to supply them with much-needed clothes, school supplies, school fees, and shelter maintenance.
