Umiox Fishing Japan

Welcome to Umiox Fishing Japan – Your Guide to JDM Tackle & SIB Adventures.

Join me, Keoki, as I explore the rugged coastal waters of Japan from my Small Inflatable Boat (SIB). This channel is dedicated to the unique challenges and rewards of inflatable boat fishing, where portable utility meets high-performance angling.
Whether rigging my 3.15m boat for offshore trips or performing DIY maintenance like my Tohatsu oil changes, I focus on maximising a small platform for big results.

What to expect: • SIB Rigging & Mods: Real-world solutions for optimizing your inflatable boat. • Premium JDM Tackle Reviews: Testing the latest gear from Shimano, Daiwa, and more. • Japanese Techniques: Mastering Slow Pitch and Light Jigging from a small boat. • DIY Fishing Hacks: From tying double assist hooks to essential engine care.

If you love SIB fishing, premium JDM gear, or the "launch anywhere" freedom of an inflatable boat, hit subscribe and join the adventure.
