UMB Gift Planning

The UMB Office of Gift Planning assists donors to the University of Maryland, Baltimore, and the UM Schools of Medicine, Law, Social Work, Nursing, Pharmacy, Dentistry, and Graduate School, through estate gifts and other planned giving strategies. We also administer all incoming estate gifts to the seven schools and institution and ensure the funds get the the right place and put to the right use. One week a year during National Estate Planning Awareness Week, we host the Wills Week Conference, providing quality free information to the UMB community about getting started in estate planning. The other 51 weeks of the year we focus on working with donors and their advisors, and working with executors carrying out donor wishes.
