Upendo Gospel Community Church, Kenya

We are a Reformed Baptist Congregation located along Waiyaki Way.

Upendo Gospel Community Church, Kenya (UGCC) is a Creedal, Covenantal, Confessional (Second London Baptist Confession of Faith [1689]) congregation. We are also part of the Association of Reformed Baptist Churches of Kenya (ARBCK). We were first planted on November 7th, 2021, in Marurui, Nairobi, Kenya, with the partnership and support of Lausanne Free Church, Switzerland. 

In 2023, UGCC went under the care and legal cover of Trinity Baptist Church, Donholm (TBC). Later, in April 2024, UGCC, Marurui was dissolved and its members transferred to TBC. On 8th September 2024, with 22 initial members, UGCC Waiyaki Way, was planted by TBC in Rungiri (near Gitaru, along the Nairobi-Nakuru Highway). We have been meeting and growing since.

Our aim is to give the Triune God His due adoration and worship. Our identification is God's love for us, leading to our love for one another (1 John 4:19).
