Type One Outdoors

Type One Outdoors is all about outdoor adventure as a type one diabetic.
Hosted by Paul Reid, a type 1 diabetic for 35 years, showcases his adventures in the outdoors and highlights all sorts of useful diabetic tricks to getting outdoors, safely and with the confidence of knowing this condition can't stop anyone.
A chronic illness like diabetes shouldn't limit anyone to a lifestyle of seclusion, and Paul hopes to inspire other type one diabetics to connect with nature and enjoy the outdoors with this chronic condition.
