TVG Strategy

TVG Strategy is the strategic and intellectual platform of Raffaele Villella — a cross-industry commercial leader with 19 product launches across life sciences, two decades of hospitality operations leadership, CCIM-certified commercial real estate analysis, and an MBA from Boston University's Questrom School of Business. The thinking published here sits at the intersection of leadership, innovation, and data-driven strategy — written and spoken for operators, leaders, and decision-makers who believe that the most useful perspective rarely comes from inside the problem. Strategy is not a document. It is a discipline.
