Helping others to achieve the body they desire through body weight exercises, calisthenics, cardiovascular training to achieve something I call "base shape"

It’s all about establishing a base shape. And by this I mean a body type that you can easily maintain. Once a base shape is achieved you never want to let yourself get 18~ days from that. You can go weeks ahead and beyond your base but not allowing it to fall more than two weeks out of base! ( if i decide today to sign up for a marathon, i want to be able to complete that without injury in two weeks or if I want shredded 6 pack abs that should be attainable in 2/3 weeks time).

Once you’ve attained your base and have got a good feel on where you want to be and how maintaining this base shape is. Its time for all of the fun! Not sure there is a feeling you can get that is like being on top of you health and fitness game. Best natural high ever! Nothing but love and let's get to work!
