Tucson Community Acupuncture

This channel is run by the lead acupuncturists at Tucson Community Acupuncture in Tucson, Arizona. In operation since 2008, our clinic has collectively needled tens of thousands of people, allowing us the opportunity to gain a wealth of hands on experience and we'd like to share it with you.

The aim of this channel is to empower everyday people to use the theories and principles of ancient wisdom for the pain and stresses of modern times by teaching acupressure for self care. It is our experience that acupressure is simple to learn and when done correctly can be a powerful addition to anyones self-care tool box. A crossroads between acupuncture theory, pressure massage, simple movements, mindfulness, body awareness and meditative breathing techniques, our system of teaching acupressure is simple, effective and enjoyable. You can help yourself feel better.
