TSM Void Energy Service

Void energy explained for social landlords and their tenants.

TSM Void Energy Service helps housing associations and councils take control of energy costs in empty (void) properties. We work with 100+ social landlords across 1.2 million homes, managing supplier accounts, meter readings, change of tenancy, debt and billing so void teams can focus on getting homes re-let.

On this channel you'll find:
⚡ The void energy market: supplier changes, regulation and the hidden costs landlords face
⚡ Practical guides for housing teams on void processes, billing and debt
⚡ Plain-English help for tenants: what to do about your meters and energy when you move in

Hosted by Darren Ypey, co-founder of TSM, who has worked in UK energy since 2013 on both the supplier and landlord side.
