True - Journey: Masterplant Retreats & Mentoring

Ute founded True-Journey in 2018. She is since 2015 dedicated to learn and study in long-term Masterplant Diets with a well-known Shipibo Healer lineage in the Peruvian Amazon.​ ​She sees herself as a bridge between ancestral wisdom and the western mind.
Besides studying in the Shipibo Tradition with Sacred Plants, she also is studying different psycho-spiritual and somatic approaches to understand the human experience better. For Ute Psychology and Spirituality is not separate when you want to experience wholeness. 
Ute loves to hold space and guide people to their own inner empowerment to find self-mastery and self-leadership. 
In the past, before she moved to Peru in 2015, s​he worked in a psychiatric hospital and in therapeutic institutions in Germany for about 10 years.
