Dr Trish Corley | Yoga Anatomy & Cues for Teachers

I'm Dr. Trish Corley, a Doctor of Physical Therapy (aka physiotherapist), former anatomy professor, and yoga teacher trainer. I've spent over two decades in clinical practice and have been training yoga teachers since 2011.

I kept seeing yoga teachers stuck choosing between anatomy trainings so overwhelming they couldn't retain anything, or ones that just handed over cues to memorize with no real explanation.

Neither helps teachers feel confident.

That's why I founded Yoga Anatomy School and created Balanced Posture Alignment (BPA): a systematic framework of anatomy-informed principles and cues. This step by step process ensures teachers know exactly what to say in every class.

My approach to teaching anatomy is simple, fun, and effective. On this channel, I break down yoga anatomy, alignment, and cueing, and share full practices that let you experience it for yourself. New videos weekly.
