“This deep biological connection has been shown to trigger an immediate response in our brains when we're near water. In fact, the mere sight and sound of water can induce a flood of neurochemicals that promote wellness, increase blood flow to the brain and heart and induce relaxation.

I have been a mental health and substance use therapist for the past twenty-eight years.  For many years, I myself have struggled with anxious and depressive thoughts and have found water to be calming. 

Throughout the years during the most overwhelming, troublesome times, I found water to be what I needed to return to a safe space mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.  

In my travels, I take 10 to 15 second videos that are designed to focus on the sound, the flow and the quiet from this moment and utilize as a tool for peace and calm.
