Tri-City Generals Sports Academy

Train Harder. Tri-City Generals Sports Academy develops student-athletes ages 8–19 in Columbus GA, Phenix City AL, Fort Benning and the surrounding area, with travel baseball teams from 10U to 16U.

Our standard is simple: character, consistency and accountability. We build players in the weight room and on the field, through hitting, pitching, catching, speed and strength work, and we hold every athlete to the same discipline we expect in life. Show up, do the work, finish the rep.

On this channel you'll find:
• Drill Shorts you can run at home or at practice
