Trey rides Bikes

After a decade on the couch, I have been back on bikes for the last 20 months after having lost a ton of weight and getting back in shape. I currently race USA BMX in the 26-35 intermediate class, carve skate parks, and use MTB as off-season training. I am an advocate for the gym, a healthy lifestyle, being a good father and husband, and doing what you love!
