Trent is a native of Upstate SC. He spent many years, before becoming a licensed agent, learning real estate investing and 1031 exchanges. He worked for an Investment firm for several years buying, selling, and exchanging real estate all across the Southeast. After leaving the Investment firm, Trent branched out and personally began flipping houses all around the Upstate. Bringing new life to older homes in good areas is what fulfills his spirit.
